Some further Information on your stay

Sunday arrival

Please aim to arrive around 5pm, you can grab a Prosecco, take a quick tour, & then we will have a meeting in the live room where we’ll explain the running order for the week ahead, then it’s time to relax before dinner.

Studios

We have multiple studios set up for the retreat, control rooms A & B, and one in the live room. The Cabin Studio is located in the garden just behind the live room. We also have a pop up studio upstairs in the games room, and an area in the lounge, to make sure there is always a place available for everyone to work.

Hosts

Barny, Ian, Ollie and Clay will be here everyday working with you. Session musicians will be joining us throughout the week. Hannah will be around in the mornings to serve breakfast and is available for anything you might need in terms of housekeeping.

Laundry

You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Detergents and softener are in the cupboard next to the machines. Please help your self or ask Barny or Hannah if you need assistance.

Used towels can be put in the laundry bin in the utility room, and clean towels can be found in the cupboard next to the bathroom on the landing.

The iron and board can be found in the cloakroom next to the kitchen.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included, starting at 9am, and is a self service running buffet style, so just help yourself. Hannah will be there every morning, and she will do a cooked breakfast for anyone that wants one.

Lunch and supplies

Lunch is not included. Nutkin’s cafe is just at the end of the drive at Squirrells Riding School, so just pop down there and put your order in. You can take out or eat in. There is also Bluebells cafe in the village, which is a 10 minute walk. The Robin Hood pub is a 2 minute drive, and they do lunch as well. www.robinhood-pub.co.uk

If you want to self cater for your lunch, then ASDA is only a 5 minute drive away.

Uber-Eats and Deliveroo both operate in our area. Please feel free to use the fridge and kitchen.

Dinner and drinks

Chef Cayetano will serve dinner around 7.30 pm. Red and white wine can be found in the fridge and in the adjacent wine rack. Just help yourself and put a tick next to your name on the sheet to the side of the fridge every time you take a bottle. We will bill you at the end of the session.

Recreational Areas

Please make yourself at home. The games room is available throughout the day, where we have pool and a snug area with TV, and there is also the main lounge and studio lounge, so feel free to come and go as you please.

Door entry

The code to the inner front door is C3976.

Housekeeping

We will service the studio and communal areas daily, but your rooms will not be serviced unless you request so.

Parking

The parking area to the front of the house is reserved for you, however if this gets full please use the overflow parking at Squirrells riding school (This will be locked at night). Please note cars cannot be parked on the main driveway to the riding school.

Studio Access

The studios may be locked at night, so please don't leave anything in there you may need overnight. It will be opened up again at 9am.

Check-Out

Check out will be at 10am on Friday morning.
